ChangQi (hereinafter referred to as the Platform) is an intelligent service platform provided by Beijing ChangQi Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ChangQi) for enterprise and individual users. It integrates collaboration, support, and AI assistants to bring services closer, communication faster, and experiences smarter. This Agreement is between you (also referred to as User) and ChangQi regarding the registration, login, use of the Platform and related services.
Please carefully read and fully understand this Agreement before using the Platform, especially clauses related to limitation of liability, licensing of rights, information usage, governing law and dispute resolution.
1. Service Description
1.1 Platform Functions: ChangQi is committed to "Intelligently Connecting Customers, Digitally Enabling the Future". We build an efficient service system through integrated advanced collaboration tools, support systems, and AI assistants to enhance user satisfaction.
1.2 Co-creation Philosophy: We believe that service is not only about connection but also about co-creation. Your feedback and business practices help us continuously optimize the Platform, creating greater business value together.
2. Account and Permissions
2.1 Account Registration: Users must register with a valid email address or phone number. You warrant that all information provided is authentic, valid, and lawful.
2.2 Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities under your account. Please contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
2.3 Enterprise Accounts: Enterprise users must complete enterprise verification to access advanced features. Enterprise administrators may configure account permissions for internal employees.
3. Usage Guidelines
3.1 You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and shall not engage in any activities that violate laws, infringe third-party rights, or disrupt market order.
3.2 Prohibited Activities:
- Sending spam, harassment, or false advertisements;
- Collecting, storing, or processing data in violation of applicable laws;
- Interfering with or disrupting the Platform or connected servers and networks;
- Unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data;
- Using the Platform for any form of fraudulent activity.
4. Data Security and Confidentiality
4.1 Data Ownership: Business data generated during your use of the Platform belongs to you. ChangQi respects and protects your data rights.
4.2 Confidentiality Obligations: ChangQi commits to maintaining confidentiality of your business data and trade secrets, implementing strict security measures to prevent data breaches. We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties without your authorization, unless otherwise required by law.
4.3 Data Processing: To provide intelligent services (such as AI Q&A, intelligent routing, etc.), you authorize ChangQi to analyze and process your de-identified data to optimize algorithms and product performance.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All software copyrights, patents, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights of the Platform belong to ChangQi.
5.2 Without written permission from ChangQi, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any content of the Platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 ChangQi strives to provide stable and secure services but shall not be liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure, underlying carrier network failures, or third-party technical defects.
6.2 In no event shall ChangQi be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, business interruption, etc.) arising from your use of the Platform.
7. Agreement Modification and Termination
7.1 ChangQi reserves the right to modify this Agreement as business needs evolve. Notifications will be provided through platform announcements.
7.2 If you violate this Agreement, ChangQi may restrict, suspend, or terminate services and reserves the right to pursue legal remedies.
7.3 You may terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting your account. After account deletion, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
8.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
8.2 Disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation; if negotiation fails, they shall be submitted to the court at ChangQi's domicile.
9. Special Terms for EU Users (GDPR)
9.1 GDPR Compliance: For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we comply with all applicable provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and related data protection laws.
9.2 Legal Basis for Data Processing: We process your personal data based on the following legal grounds:
- Performance of our contractual obligations with you
- Compliance with legal obligations
- Your explicit consent
- Our legitimate business interests (provided they do not prejudice your rights)
